My mom was born in Paterson, New Jersey. She was an August baby born on the 7th of 1969. Her mother gave her up and she was put into foster care. Recently we got her birth certificate but we still have no idea who the parents are, other than the names: Jane Evans and Richard Pinto. My mom’s birth name on the certificate was Nadell Kimberly Pinto. She’s very desperate as to find out who her parents are - she doesn’t want anything from them, she just wants to know who they are! She was adopted by a sweet couple, Harold and Ada Smith. They already had adopted a girl and were looking to adopt a baby boy but ended up taking my mom instead. This is really all the information that I have on the subject but I hope we find them soon, I want to help her out as much as I can. Oh! Also, she was on Methadone as a child so we have speculation to believe that her mother was a drug addict of some kind and that’s why she was unable to support my mom?
