When i was 16 yrs old‚ and my name at the time was Jessica Dawn Hart‚ i gave birth to a baby boy on March 14‚ 1991 at 8:10pm at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Camden‚ NJ. He weighed 5lbs 9oz‚ he was 19" long and i named him Brian Hart. The adoption agency i went thru was called Camden County Catholic Social Services and my social worker's first name was Sylvia.
