I was born 6/28/1978,Newark,nj...I was adopted by Catherine Rios,address was 260 north 7th street newark,nj....my birth name was nelson mercado,later changed to nelson oliver rios,foster mother passed leaving guardianship to carmen and Jeannie rios..I have found my birth mother,Maria Mercado,and my half sister,olga Maldonado,still have no clue who my father is nor know his name,please help me..I am 42 yes old now..hoping I may start finding answers before I die...I deserve to know the truth.
