I’m desperately trying to find my biological daughter who was adopted when she was about 10 months old, She was adopted out of the Newark, New Jersey D.Y.F.S. office, her name at birth was / is ( Ratisha Regina Barnes ), she is now 23 years old, I hope and pray that I can find her one day soon, and I pray that the birth parents didn’t change her birth name either !!!!!!
