My father in law was adopted by his family in Hudson county, New Jersey in 1964 at 6 months old. We do know that his birth mothers name was Roselyn Vogt palumbo. From what we know she was forced to give him up since she had him out of wedlock. She died at only 39 and my father in law died at 45 from heart complications. My husband is only 29 with similar conditions so I’m trying to get some kind of health record on her and a possible lead for the father.
