My birth mother’s first name is Augusta. She was born in Indonesia in 1934 where her father was employed. She immigrated with her husband to USA from Hollandin 1956. She had 2 other children, a son born in 1956 and a daughter born in 1958. She lived in northern NJ. I was born on August 25, 1964 at 4:01pm at Chilton Memorial Hospital in Pompton Plains, NJ. On August 31, 1964 I was placed in a Children’s Aid and Adoption Society supervised foster home. On October 15, 1964 I was placed with my adoptive parents in Bloomfield, NJ. My adoption was finalized on December 21, 1965 in Essex County Court.
