I am looking for a cousin who was adopted at birth. It seems her mom had her at a young age and we are looking for her and any other birth siblings. She was a baby girl born possibly in Jersey City, NJ to a 15 y/o girl named Elnora Carpenter. Unsure of the fathers name, possibly Dominick Aiello who would have been much older. She may have been adopted out of Newark the same year and grew up in Southern part of Jersey.
