Hey Big bro. I’m your sister Jenn. Please know you are very much loved and thought about. Our sisters‚ Lynn and Kristy and I grew up knowing you existed from the very beginning. You were born in April 1972 to our mom‚ Dorothea “Dottie”Johnstone‚ in Camden County‚ New Jersey. Your birth father’s name was Doug. They grew up in Berlin/Lindenwold. Unfortunately‚ our mother’s childhood wasn’t easy. She was raised by alcoholic parents. They took her and her siblings to the bar while they drank. Mom went to work at the Berlin Farmers Market when she was only 10 years old at the pizza place to get herself out of the bars. Her mother passed in April 1971 when she was only 17 before graduating from high school. Due to her upbringing she was unable to provide a life that you deserved and she made a difficult choice to place you for adoption with the hope that you’d have loving parents and a great life knowing she was unable to provide that for you at the time. Our sister‚ Lynn‚ and I have done DNA testing through Ancestry. I was also able to have mom complete testing via ancestry and 23andMe. We are hoping that you not only know of the adoption but are also interested in meeting us. And interestingly enough‚ through DNA‚ we found out that our mother’s father wasn’t her biological father and have connected with an older brother (our uncle). Turns out our biological grandfather came over from Italy as a child. All three of us girls have families. Lynn and I also have grandchildren. You have 5 nieces and 2 nephews and 3 grandnieces and 2 grand nephews! We hope you’ve lived a happy life and have an amazing family. We’d would love to talk‚ maybe meet up‚ and learn about your life.
