My dad was adopted out of Camden New Jersey not long after birth as far as he knows he doesn’t think he was ever with his birth mother for any amount of time after he being delivered. Pretty sure catholic services facilitated the adoption or he just might of been born in a hospital that’s name sounds like a catholic organization- probably both are true. His adoptive parents are both deceased now but their names were dirk and may Ann muyskens. Wish I didn’t have near impossible hoops to jump through in order to correct my own birth certificate in order to prove I’m his immediate family- as my biological father isn’t the one listed on it or I’d of requested a copy of his pre adoption certificate to get the names and whatnot I’m trying so hard to uncover.
