I am looking for my half brother born 11/24/69. His birth name was David Kuiken. My mother just passed away(4/13/09) and I just found out about him. Her name was Joan Ann Kuiken, David’s father is listed as Samuel Curcio. Mom signed surrender papers on 11/26/69. Samuel signed on 12/8/69. David was listed as living at the Bureau of childrens services at 370 Broadway, Paterson. The circumstance surrounding the adoption is that my parents were seperated and the child was not my dad’s. The names Joan & Dominick Rassaic are on the surrender papers dated 6/9/69.Possibly people who adopted David? I have 3 other brothers, Brian,Jack & Steven Kuiken.
