My name is Chris. My original birth name was Mason. My middle name was Douglas. I saw on my original birth certificate my mothers name was Tessa. I know the last name but I don’t want to post that publicly like this. I was born on December, 29th, 1990. I am a 27 year old male who lives in New Jersey. My original birth certificate says I was born in Somerville , NJ. My birth mothers address on the birth certificate says she was from Bridgewater , NJ. I won’t give her exact birth date but , it says it was 09/1973. I would like to find out who she is. All my life I knew I was adopted and I have always been very curious.
