In March 1989, my girlfriend (Christy Turner), gave birth to our son Anthony Joseph Turner or Maiese. At the time of my son’s birth, I was unaware that his mother intended to give him up for adoption. I was a juvenile at the time and didn’t know what was going on until after the baby was taken by his adoptive parents. I was told it was an open adoption and I know Christy received updates and pictures over the years but I was never included in anything. Anthony was born at West Jersey Hospital (now known as Virtua Hospital) in Voorhees, NJ.
