Hello‚ if you are reading this perhaps we are related! My mother was born to a Persian family in 1943 in Jersey City‚ New Jersey who couldn’t keep her. I know they searched for a long time for someone to take in the child of their young daughter. My mother’s birth father was Ashkenazi. It’s clear the family loved her very much and even after the private adoption I know they visited my grandmother’s store (Lucky Spot) every day. My grandmother told me the story and I would be honoured to meet the biological family of my mother (and me). Thank you for reading!!
