Hello. I’m searching for my adoptee sister. She was likely born in 1969, but possibly 1970 or 1971. She is bi-racial. Birth mother Susan Foulke was white. Birth father Julius was black. The baby was given the name Selina or Sirena at birth, and her surname was probably Foulke, but may have been Hershey (Susans maiden name). I believe her name now is Louisa, as I match dna on ancestry with her but she hasn’t logged in for a few years so I’m hoping to find her here.
