am Looking for My Grandson who was given up for Adoption by His mother under Duress by Dcyf back in 1999 ‚ after his Father Dropped Him and His leg was Broken ‚ he had just gotten his first shot that day ‚ she did not know the Father Dropped him till the next day when she called the Dr to tell them he had a Fever and was told to go to Hospital that is when she was told His Femur was Broken that is when when Dcyf Took Custody of the baby ‚ she did everything she was asked to do for 9 months but gave up emotionally after so much ‚ we tried to get a Lawyer but had no money so she gave up her Parental Rights to let him be Adopted ‚ he turned 20 on may 11 this passed year‚ we don’t know if his name was changed‚ or if he knows if he was adopted ‚ she Thought she was doing the right thing for him at the time ‚ her name is Natahsha St.Onge born April 9 1982 his last name might be spelled Roselle or Rosell ‚ The Father was not Named on the Birth Certificate which we have a Copy of ‚ My name is Tina St.Onge‚ also our last name might be spelled Stonge‚ we are looking for Jacob Ray Rosell born May 11 1999 in man N H at Elliott Hospital
