My name is Chance. My mother‚ Wendy Smith (at the time of the adoption she had her maiden name Prentice) had a teen pregnancy and gave birth to a daughter. I don't know the adoption agency or really any details at all as my mother never told any of us about her having another child and sadly she has passed from cancer which is what brings me here. My father told me about the adoption and that I have another sister out there somewhere. I have pertinent health information that needs to be shared. The birth I suspect would have been at concord hospital and my mother was living in the Penacook‚ NH area at the time. After the birth and adoption‚ my mother was sent to live with other family members in Vermont for a while. I would love to connect some day but I also understand that may not be what you are looking for. But at the very least I would like to find you and share the information I have as you have a right to know.
