I am searching for my mothers birth mother or information. She was born July 15‚ 1943 in Manchester‚ New Hampshire. Since my nana worked at the hospital at the time we were able to get my mothers birth mothers name on her birth certificate. It is Charlotte Buchannan. Her birth mother was adamant she went to a Protestant family and my nane had to sneek her out of the hospital at 2 am as a Catholic nurse also wanted to adopt my mother. Although my mother is 64 now‚ I feel she may have been the result of a teen pregnancy and there may be a strong possibility her birth mother or family members may still be out there.
