My father was born in Moncton NB Nov.1958. His birth name was Joseph Maurice Robichaud,. He has 2 sisters that he knows of, both were born in saint john, possibly at the Evangeline (Rathbone ) House for unwed mothers. One was born Kathleen Jean, shes in her mid 40’s now and was adopted by an American couple, one was Jean Marie and was adopted in NB, shes 51. We think it was the mother who was a Robichaud and that the mother may have been from the Acadian Peninsula and the father has strong ties to Nove scotia.
