My father, Travis Elliott Martin, was adopted in Reno Nevada around 1974. We believe he was born at Saint Mary’s Regional Medical Hospital. His adoptive parents at Robert Elliott Martin and Hedy Martin. I’m his 24 year old daughter, in search of my fathers birth parents. I’m wanting to start my family, and not knowing what health issues may arise scares the hell out of me. My father was told they’re dead, but we don’t want to believe that. If you had a baby boy on January 25, 1974 and put your child up for adoption between 1974 and 1976 in Reno,NV and/or Battle Mountain,NV (there’s rumors CPS may have gotten involved in the removal of the child) I would love to get to know you. I want to know who the other half of me is, and what I need to look out for regarding my health as I get older. My father had epileptic seizures for a majority of his childhood, I just want to know more regarding our health. Nothing more. Thank you.
