I was born in Washoe County Hospital in Reno Nevada on Oct 12 1948 or I was born in St. Elizabeth Infant Hospital in San Francisco, California and the adoption decree was ordered on April 21 1949 in Washoe County Court in Reno Nevada my adoptive parents were Salvador and Evelyn Tapia who lived in San Francisco, California in 1948 and moved to Reno Nevada in 1949 to adopt me. They are both deceased. Thru Ancestry.com and 23andMe I have found that my birth father’s last name was DAmore (first name possibly Frank but not for sure) who was Italian and died in 1976 in Las Vegas Nevada. Thru DNA with Amnestry.com I know that my mother was of Irish descent and possibly French descent
