I want to get a copy of the adoption paperwork/certificate for my son who was adopted by my 2nd husband on 3 Mar 1973 in Hawthorne, Mineral County, Nv. I have not been able to get any help from Hawthorne. Just need a copy so he can get his Idaho CDL. I will gladly pay any and all fees. Sharen C.
