I learned from my parents after both my paternal grandparents passed away that my paternal grandparents, Robert and Thelma, had a baby boy who they gave up for adoption because they were unwed. The boy would have been born sometime after my grandfather left his 1st wife around 1946 but before they were married and my oldest Aunt was born in 1950. My assumption is that the boy was born in Omaha, Nebraska, but there are also links to Iowa, Virginia, and West Virginia.
