I was born in May of 1970 in the city of Lincoln Nebraska. I was placed with a family from California by the Department of Health and Human Services. I was called by baby Barnard. My mother was 23 and my father was about 26 in 1970. Other than that, I have no further information. I have contacted a 1st cousin thru Ancestry DNA, however, as much as she has tried, we are unable to pin down exactly whom may be my parents.
