I was named Lois Ann by my birth mother. I went to Lutheran Family Social Services in Omaha, NE & Alvina Yorksvang (msp) was my caseworker. I was in the children’s home for 3 months before I was adopted. I know my biological mother was Sweedish, had Brown Eyes, loved music, & I believe worked as an accountant. The biological father was of German decent & left her after he found out she was pregnant. At age 16 I was asked by my case worker how it felt to be illegitimate.....what is a kid supposed to say??? To me adoption has been hard & all I want is closure by knowing just who I am because I don’t feel I belong anywhere so please come forward....someone....so I can get my original birth certificate & feel whole.
