I am told that I was adopted at two days of age. I believe that the adoption agency’s name at that time was Lutheran Family services, but is now called Family Service Association of Lincoln. When I requested information from them back in 1989, I was given non-identifying information consisting of time of birth 9:15 PM, Weight 6 lbs. 2 oz. Mother 19 years of age, 5’ 7" attractive blond with blue-green eyes. Father 5’ 10", dark brown hair. Maternal Grandmother Norwegian and Danish descent, Maternal Grandfather German and Irish descent. Birth mother stated that her "parents were deceased at the time of the adoption". Place of birth was Omaha NE which is also the stated residence of my birth mother on my birth certificate, which is actually dated May 8th, 1961 and signed by Ralph Slocum, county judge.
