I was adopted to Catherine and Coy chambers‚ I believe when I was 3yo‚ in Phoenix‚ AZ. There was a name on the bottom of my birth certificate‚ Howard Hollins‚ and I was believed to be born in Lincoln‚ Nebraska. I was adopted from an agency in Phoenix ran by a lady also named Catherine. That's pretty much all the info I have.
