I was born in Lincoln Nebraska my name was baby Wagner‚ and I was adopted 3 days later by Louis and Jeanne Allison. I was told that my biological mother lived with her mother and she was very young when she got pregnant with me. Also that her and her mother were very wild. That is the only thing my adopted mother will tell me. I wasn’t allowed to start looking for my mother until I was 25 years old and I guess that was what my biological mother requested. I did try once before when I was in my 30’s and received a call from a lady regarding my biological mother but my roommate at the time forgot to give me the message for 2 weeks. So I gave up the search until now.
