I believe he was born James (or maybe Jesse), not sure if he had Collins or Schleiger as a last name. His birth mother was Florence Louisa Schleiger nee Graf(f) who was married to a Ronald D Schleiger.(separated) and his birth father was Jesse Allen Collins. He was at least a year old when he was given up for adoption. His dad was in jail when he was given up. I have a picture of either him or his older half brother, as I am not sure which is which. His birth father Jesse Allen Collins died 2015 and we would love to unite with his long lost son and his half sister would love to meet him as well.
