My brother Jacob not sure if his middle name is still Lee or if his adoptive parents changed it or if he changed it. He was born at Regional West Medical Center in Scottsbluff Nebraska. His birthdate is November 9th 1998 And I’m not sure if his parents were in the World Trade Center during 9/11 but my mom told me that they worked there during the attack. And I know that his sister was adopted as well because the mother couldn’t have kids of her own.
