My dad was born in Omaha, NE in February 1970. Said to have been adopted at birth. The legal adoption paperwork states it wasn’t officially done til a few days past a year of birth. However my dads adoptive parents state that was due to a supposed waiting period required. It was a closed adoption. He has looked into it and from what he found looks like his mothers last name may have been Orrben at the time. Looking for birth parents or really any family relations. He was born a redhead with tons of freckles. According to DNA results from ancestry we are of Scandinavian decent from his maternal side.
