My mother‚ Tami Ruegge‚ gave birth to a baby boy some time between the birth of my brother in 1985 and myself in 1988. The only information I have is that it was a boy‚ his name might be Christopher‚ he would have born in O'Neill‚ Nebraska‚ and an adoption agency out of Norfolk or Omaha Nebraska was used. I have tried for years to find out more information‚ however it is a touchy subject for my whole family.
