My adoptive father was stationed at Nouasseur AFB in Casablanca, Morocco in 1960. I just discovered proof that I was adopted. The naturalization form states that my birth mother is French. The court in Casablanca that registered the adoption was called First Instance Tribunal Court. The date on of the adoption on that form is April 11th, 1961. I have received immigration files which indicate my birth mother’s name was Jaclyn Chatard. My adoptive parents’ names were Louis and Norma Devine.
