I was adopted in 2004 at 2 years old. My biological mother’s name is Miranda Jane Heard. Some years after my parents adopted me they received a call in the middle of the night saying Miranda had just given birth to a baby girl while in jail. They were asked if they wanted to adopt her but said no. I have no idea her name‚ how old she is or where she went after that. Just that I have a little sister. Please help me find her.
