She was married to my biological father Charles Payne for about 9yrs. I was born January 2nd 1972 at Vallejo medical center in Fresno Ca and was put up in a foster home by my bio mom’s family was i was very young. I was adopted once in 1981 and later in 1985 with my current adopted family, I live in Minneapolis MN and I’m a store Mgr for Banana Republic. I just want to find my biological family from my biological mom side and her.
