My birth mother actually gave me up to the state before I was born. I was a ward of the state while the adoption process took place. My adopted mother was Carol Miller at the time. She divorced my first adopted dad them married again. My first adopted dad gave up his rights to me. Dean Eckholt , being married to my mother adopted me around 1970. I would like to be able to talk to my birth mother to get some information on my history.
