My father was born in Helene‚ Montana in 1969 and adopted the same day he was born. The adoption agency was CHI. All we know about his birth parents is that his mother may have been a 16 year old from Scotland who was sent to America and possibly went back to Scotland. We don’t know for sure and we have no information on the father.
