Dennis Derby <dennisderby13> Hello my name is Dennis Derby i was adopted from Tver‚ Tver region in 2004. I guess i’ll just give you my info and all I have and hope this goes somewhere. I’m really hoping to find my mother and siblings. I was 6 and I remember a lot and I remember them being loving‚ so it’s still so confusing the reasoning and i would love answers. My life and my adoptive family couldn’t have been better. Ok from the start i guess‚ i was born October 4th 1996‚ my birth name was Denis Alexejevich Andrejev‚ There are two places listed as places of birth so one is the town of Rzhur‚ Tver region in Russia. the other is just Tver‚ Tver region Russia. I was adopted by an American family by the name of Travis John Derby and Jeannie Marie Derby‚ on May 18 2004 that is the date said document filed record NO 85. The place of registration is the ZADS Department Of the city Tver administration. The ZAGS ChIef named Tezikov N.I. signed and sealed. On my US citizenship certificate it states that my certificate number is I-OH NO502109. I became a Us citizen on May 23rd 2004. US registration # is A2113214 INS #A056674651 residence Three Forks Montana. I have a copy of those documents for you and I am currently waiting on my mother to give me what little‚ little info she has on the orphanage. I sincerely thank you so so much. Dennis
