Hi - We are looking for my grandfather’s birth family. He, Cecil Charles, was born October 31, 1935 in Kansas City, Missouri but it could be Kansas City, Kansas. We believe the man listed on his birth certificate, Charles or Charley Stowers, is indeed his bio father but we know for certain that his wife, Luella, is not his bio mother. We believe the last name of his birth mother was Wolfscale. We know that Charles worked for the railroad around that time, 1935. Any help provided we would be grateful for.
