Adoption was handled by a woman named Mrs. Masters. I was told that my mother’s name may possibly be Janet Strange. Adoptive parents were military and moved from the area/state shortly after the adoption. Last name of adoptive family was Foskey. Adoption was in Fairfax county I believe (Maryville). I was also told my mother was a teen but had completed high school and that my father may have had some or been in college.
