Born at Booth Hospital (Salvation Army) in St. Louis Missouri on September 6, 1960. Although Adoptive parents were indentified at time of birth I was placed into Foster care at St. Louis Children Society. I was taken home by by adoptive parents on November 10, 1960. Salvation Army states that only three girls were born and they have not record of my birth. My adoptive Mother indicates the above facts as true to the best of her knowledge. All she knew about my birth mother was my father was a military man and he had to return to the war effort and she could not raise me alone and put me up for Adoption. UPDATE: Just received my original birth certificate. Mother: Avo Kathleen Earley (Morris). Morn at Bethesda General Hospital 2859 Indiana St. Louis. Birth name given at the time was: Albert Lee Earley. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
