I believe my deceased mother may have been in a orphanage or adopted. I cannot find any thing on her in the Ancestry until she was 23 years old. I am researching my family tree and my GNA test shows that my grandmother would have been Verna Bessie Petree Palmer. She died when my mother was 3 years old. I am trying to find out where she lived from the the time she was 3 until she was 23. I cannot find any records. Any help would be appreciated....her name was Donna Gerarde Palmer.
