I’m trying to help my father find any family members he can. He knows he was left at the St. Joseph orphanage in St Joseph, Missouri. Then was adopted by Edward and Loah Scheetz of Excelsior Springs, Mo. Birthdate is 05/10/1933. But could have been changed from real birthdate. His name given at birth could have been Alfred Leon Wells. But don’t know for sure.
