Born Jeffrey Scott Henderson on April 23, 1968. I was born at St Mary’s Hospital in Kansas City Mo. I was adopted through Catholic Charities and Adopton Services in Kansas City, MO within 10 days of birth. My adoptive father accidentally saw the birth certificated which gave me my birth name. He also said he thought my birth mother was quite young, like 13 or 14 and my birth father 17 from what he could see before the nun realized her mistake and took back my original birth certificate.
