My name is Samuel Mills and I am looking for my birth parents and/or siblings if any. I was born November 30, 1989 at Truman Medical West (I believe this hospital no longer exists) hospital in Kansas City, MO. I was adopted through Highland Child Placement Services. My birth mother was around 26 at the time of my birth. She was described as 5’11, 150lb, light brown hair, green eyes. I believe I have an older sister according to the information that I have. My father (alleged) was around 28 at the time of my birth. Described as 6’3, 190-200lbs, sandy brown hair, blue eyes. He waived his parental rights. I believe my sister would be about 8 years older than me or so.
