My mother was adopted in October 1953‚ a month after birth. She was born at the Sanitarium Hospital in Jackson county‚ MO. As Executor of her estate‚ I have the state issued stamped adoption certificate. She was named "Infant Rotunno" and gave up by "the Mother as sole parent". She has since passed‚ as have her adopted parents. I would like an opportunity to learn more in regards to family heritage‚ geneology and medical history. Thank you
