Searching for my mother’s biological family. My mother was adopted through Division of Family Services in Hannibal‚ Mo. She was born at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Hannibal‚ Mo. She was born August 15th‚ 1965 and given to the state in February 1966. She was then given to Charles and Dorothy Arnett and the adoption was complete in 1967. It is said my biological grandmother was 22 years old at the time of my mother’s birth. Her name may have been Patricia Haskell (not sure of the spelling) and she may have been married to a man named Robert Rost from Paris‚ Mo. No information has been provided about the father.
