Sisters adopted name was Brenda Lee Brazelton mine adopted name William MacDow Brazelton Have a problem getting passport because the adoptive birth certificate has five year gap between actual birth and being received by register born 1947 registered as William MacDow Brazelton 1952 ?? I need information about adoption or something to explain the difference to passport people they are rejecting my adopted birth certificate because of the gap! Also adoption may have taken place in Kansas?? Font know but do remember moving back and forth Missouri and Kansas several times when young?
