My brother was adopted through LDS services from Joplin‚MO. We aren’t sure if his biological father/family or anyone in his biological mother’s family is even aware he exists. My parents were around 40 years old when my brother was adopted and told his biological mother was around the same age when he was born. The story is she had grown children at the time and due to her age she chose to give my brother to be adopted by a family.
