I was told i was born in Quincy Illinois but I believe in was born in Missouri on September 7th 1970. I was adopted with my younger brother by a couple from Independence Missouri last name Stoops, I was adopted at the age of 3 with my brother who was 9 months. I was told my bio mother’s name is Debbie and my father’s name was David.i do feel I was misguided on where I was born and who my biological parents are. Any help would be grateful. I would love to meet my parents and any other siblings I may have. God bless!
