My name is Jacqueline Werges My last name before I was adopted was Houston. My younger brother that I’m looking for name is Adrian and his last name before he was adopted was Phillips. He was adoptes when he was about 2 years old. He would be around 20 years old now. We have an older brother named Kenneth Houston whom I am in contact with and talk to on a regular basis. If I remember correctly Adrian was born at St. John’s hospital. He wore glasses the last time I saw him. Our biological mother’s name is Shenne Phillips. We lived in Kinlich, MO. I think he was adopted by a lawyer and a judge if I’m not mistaken. He also had severe adhd. We were taken from our home by the police and examined at the hospital I’m not sure which one.
